Collection and processing of personal data

Personal data is information which can be used to identify a person or which describes their behaviour, i.e. data which can be used to trace back to an individual. This includes the name, e-mail address or telephone number, but also data such as the IP address or visited websites.

In accordance with the principles of data minimisation, we only process personal data if this is absolutely necessary for the purposes described in this data protection declaration and/or to meet one of the purposes you require. Your personal data will never be given to third parties if this is not necessary or without your consent. We will only use your personal data to process your order, answer your enquiry or grant you access to special information and offers..

Access data / Server logfiles

Whenever you visit websites, data is collected about each access to the information provided (so-called server logfiles). Access data includes:
Name of the called-up website, file, date and time of the call-up, transferred data quantity, report about the successful call-up, browser type including the version, the operating system of the user, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.

We use this technical access information based on Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. f DSGVO (justified interest) solely to improve the attractiveness and operating-ease of our websites and, if necessary, to recognise necessary technical problems and malfunctions at an early stage. Data is saved for a period of 4 weeks.

Contact form usage / contacting

You can simply contact us using a form. When using a contact form, personal data is only collected in the scope you allow.

All information is therefore provided voluntarily and will be collected directly from you as a data subject. The data you provide voluntarily is saved to process your enquiry and or answer any further questions and also make contact within this context. This personal data will not be forwarded.

The same applies for contacts via e-mail, telephone or post. Please note that further data (e-mail address and/or transmitted telephone number) may arise from the selected communication channel.

The data is processed based on Art. 6 I lit. a DSGVO (consent) for voluntary information and on Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. f DSGVO (justified interest) to use the information to process your enquiry..

The information you have entered into the contact form will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to save the data or the purpose for saving the data is no longer valid (e.g. after processing your enquiry). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular storage periods – are not affected.

Please note that no encrypted and/or signed communication is possible through the contact channels provided. It is recommended sending sensitive data by post..

Integration of services and contents of third parties

It is possible that this website contains contents of third parties, for instance YouTube videos, map material from Google-Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites. This is always based on the assumption that the providers of these contents (hereinafter called 'third-party providers') see the IP address of the users because without the IP address, they cannot send the contents to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore necessary to show this content. We endeavour to only use contents whose providers only use the IP address to deliver the contents. We have no influence on whether the third-party suppliers save the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. If we know this, we will inform the users.

This processing is based on a justified interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
