Trainee Days 2023: Trainees from PAKi and vPOOL learn, laugh and network together

During our “Trainee Days 2023”, our young colleagues took the opportunity to expand their skills and learn, laugh, cook, and network together. Over two days in April, apprentices from different divisions of the Faber Group took the opportunity to meet. This year, the PAKi trainees were guests at our vPOOL headquarters in Wörnitz. The organization was carried out by Nadja Watzke, a trainer and Customer Service Support Expert, together with the active trainees from vPOOL.

The motto of the Trainee Days "Health at Work" inspired the trainees of both companies and their supervisors to dedicate themselves with a great level of commitment to the topics of "Healthy Nutrition", "Exercise at Work" and "Stress Management". Because everyone knows: everyday working life can quickly become stressful and hectic, often leaving no time for a balanced meal, exercise, or indeed, work life balance.

Healthy food and regular exercise at work were identified as key components. Healthy snacks for the lunch break were prepared and enjoyed together. Katrin Lang, Human Resource Expert at vPOOL, showed simple exercises that help to integrate more movement into the daily work routine and clear the mind.

The topic of stress management was also addressed. Tina Volland, HR Manager at vPOOL, showed how to manage and even avoid stress at the workplace. After all, a stress-free working environment is an important factor for both the health and performance of employees.

Meanwhile, the trainees and their supervisors were able to talk, interact and exchange ideas, networking between the two companies. Whether in ones work or private life, a good network can help to overcome challenges and seize opportunities.
