PPWR

The PPWR is a European regulation aimed at reducing packaging waste and promoting sustainability, with specific requirements for waste reduction, recyclability and the use of recycled materials. The PPWR will apply to all relevant packaging products, including consumer and industrial packaging - such as pallets and boxes. The PPWR aims to regulate the entire life cycle of packaging products - from design and production to end-of-life.

Last weekend, Frankenhöhe hosted the 2024 charity darts tournament in Herrieden to raise funds for the Federal Association for PFFD, FFU, Fibula and Tibia Defects (BuPFT e.V.). The event was a complete success and was actively supported by darts pro Daniel Klosse. vPOOL Logistics GmbH showed its commitment to the region and the good cause by supporting the event with a donation of 500 euros.

An Irish adventure: Apprentice Viktoria Koppel discovers career and culture abroad

Wörnitz, 30.01.2024 - Our vPOOL apprentice Viktoria Koppel took the opportunity to complete a three-week stay in Ireland in November 2023, during her second year of her apprenticeship as an office management assistant, thanks to an initiative by her vocational school. The goal was not only to experience a foreign country and company, but also to improve her English skills. There were also several opportunities to explore the area around Dublin and get to know Irish culture better.
