vPOOL Logistics GmbH donates €3,000 to Amélie e.V. – thanks to a fantastic employee campaign during the move to Rothenburg
23 December 2025Rothenburg o.d.T., 15 December 2025 – With its move to its new company location in Rothenburg ob der Tauber, vPOOL Logistics GmbH has not only created a modern working environment, but has also taken the opportunity to give something back to the region.
When the company moved into its new, modern offices at Würzburger Straße 56 in Rothenburg at the beginning of November 2025, numerous pieces of furniture from the old location became available. Instead of disposing of them, vPOOL opted for a sustainable solution: the furniture was given a second life – in line with vPOOL's business model of pooling load carriers: "Recycling is good – reuse is better".
Employees were able to take the items and make a voluntary donation. The response was overwhelming: together, the employees collected a total of €1,232. vPOOL doubled this amount and rounded it up, so that in the end €3,000 could be handed over to the Amélie e.V. association.
Amélie e.V. supports families with seriously ill children and offers them help, advice and relief in difficult life situations. With this donation, vPOOL wants to contribute to promoting this valuable work.
