Wörnitz/Eck en Wiel (NL), July 2023 - Faber Group, the Dutch parent company of vPOOL Logistics GmbH, has published its first sustainability report for 2022 to disclose its sustainability efforts, KPIs and ambitions to all stakeholders.

This report sets out the Faber Group's sustainability strategy and its development goals. These goals are aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals 12 (Responsible Production and Consumption), 13 (Climate Action) and 17 (Partnerships), the areas where Faber Group has the greatest impact.

The report also includes the result of a baseline measurement of the Faber Group's footprint overall, per business area and per type of activity. Based on this, concrete KPIs have been set to gradually reduce the company's footprint and ultimately become a Net Zero company by 2045.

Ingrid Faber, CEO of the Faber Group, says: "With our sustainability report we want to present our sustainability goals in a transparent and measurable way and update them annually. The report clearly shows where we can make the most difference - namely by offering our customers load carrier bundling solutions to make their supply chains more sustainable. In our own operations, we can also reduce the footprint of our logistics and optimise the life cycle of our load carriers. That is why our strategy - Carrying Impact - is based on accelerating digitalisation and sustainability. The interplay of these two pillars is critical to our value creation."
